How to Add Configuration Items/Types and enable them to Web Portal

Hi,

i am using LANDesk Service Desk 7.5 having difficulty adding new Configuration Type under exsisting Configutaion Item's and enabled it to web portal. Can any one guide me . For reference please see the pasted image below.

i wish to add Software folder just under Cabling/wirring Folder. Hope that i will have helping feedback from the community.  Thanks in Advance
