I'm wondering if anyone has run in to a similar situation ..
Application: JDA WMS / Telnet
Hardware: CK71, CK75, VM1
Issue: When scanning LPN labels (Code 128) in Telnet, the first digit ('L') sometimes does not get translated. This has happened on all three of the devices we have deployed but is only happening occasionally (1-3 times per week).
We originally thought it might have to do with running the warehouse on 4G service but have still seen the issue after bringing up the permanent T1. I have been using Wavelink / Ivanti's ConnectPro to act as an intermediary between the device and the host but I am not sure that is helping.
Because of the infrequency of the issue it is very difficult to capture in any traces or logs. Does anyone have any suggestions?! I am scratching my head on this one ..
