ALM (MAP) connecting to Exchange Mail Box using SSL

Attempting to get MAP to connect to Exchange 2010 (SSL only)

LANDesk Application Server

Currently using LANDesk Service Desk 7.5 - provides option to connect to Exchange using SSL

Currently using MAP 5.0.0.340 (Sevice Management Update - 03/26/2012 - ver 5.0.3.7) - provides either IMAP (port 143) or an option under Mail Server Type as Exchange: which when creating a New e-mail listener gives the error :

My questions are :

1. Has anyone else experienced this? and

2. Is there a soultion to allow SSL connection to Exchange from MAP as in LANDesk Service Desk?

Find it bizarre that you can create an email listener that wont let you connect to an email server.
