Email links to Requests not working

I have at least one user who is receiving the following error when clicking the web access approver link to a Request. This has been an off and on problem for us since we implemented LDSD/LDWD. Any help is appreciated.

I receive the same error is I click the link in the email. We are running LDSD 7.5.
