LDMS 9.5 on a Virtual Core

Hello,

We are currently running LDMS 9.0 SP3 on a physical core and looking to upgrade to 9.5 on a virtual core, managing about 8000 devices. We are trying to get an idea of how a vm core performs in the real world. If you are running 9.5 on a virtual core, please provide details on the core VM configuration including RAM and number of vCPU, as well as number of devices managed. Also please indicate if you are running a separate DB server or if the LD DB is also running on the core; and of course what kind of performance you are seeing.
