Downloud Reporting SSRS on the reporting server

m trying to Install Reporting services in a separate server  than the DB server ,

while starting the configuration after the prerequisites installed, this screen showed  ,

It seems that this ReportServcies.exe must me installed on same server that SSRS is installed

So i have accessed the DB sever and run the .exe file but also give another error as the second attache
