We are going to upgrade ServiceDesk from version 7.4 to 7.5. We are planning to have a new server for ServiceDesk 7.5 database. As part of the upgrade, we will be taking a backup of the 7.4 servicedesk database from the old server and restore it in the new server. There is another database, CE11 in the old server for Crystal Reports. Does anyone know if we have to restore that database also in the new server for Crystal reports to be functional? If we have to restore CE11, once it is done, do we have to make any configuration changes to the CE11 database? We are using Crystal Reports XI. Any help would be appreciated.
