I have Questions about Query which created in Query and report Designer

1. Can I get the real SQL query from Query which created in Query and report Designer at LANDESK Console

2. Currently, my users ask to speed up the query inside console and WebDesk. Especially, Search Incident Query which spend long time to get the result. Could you advise me how to do in this case.
