.NET Error when executing Powershell Script

Hi all,

when I try to execute a powershell script over a process action I get the following error in the LDPM Web console:

WARNING: An unexpected error has occurred and debug information is being generated: Mixed mode assembly is built against version 'v2.0.50727' of the runtime and cannot be loaded in the 4.0 runtime without additional configuration information.

several .NET versions are installed.

The IIS Application pools all run on .NET 4

I am using Process Manager v5
