any tried design transfer in 7.6 yet?

I have had poor luck with DT in the past, but supposedly it's better in 7.6...has anyone tried it?  Are there things that transfer ok and other things that I should transfer manually?  And is it fairly quick or am I going to spend most of day only to find problems and give up on DT?
