I am looking to alter a number of the collections that appear in WebDesk incidents as the tabs along the bottom of the incidents. I want to be able to add additional columns.
I saw a post here that said I had to go into Web Desk Admin and make sure the query was set to show as default, but most of the collections don't appear there - indeed these relate to system default queries.
Do I really have to create a query for each of them, or is there any other way to get the collection to show other colums? (such as who resolved it, the summary, resolution category etc) At present there are a large number of collections that only display the serial number.
Any help greatly appreciated.
