One of my customers has requested a button called "Assign to self" (hopefully self-explanatory). Is there a runtime value (or similar) that I could use in the assignment window for the "currently logged in analyst/group". I have done this in the past for portal for end users who log a call but this is slightly different. Any help much appreciated
