I'm having some issues installing LDMS 9.5 on my PC. So far I installed it on few machines with no problems but this one keeps failing. I'm running Windows 7 Pro SP1 64-bit (fresh installation + drivers and joined to the domain), installation log is attached. Same installation worked fine on other PCs with the same OS previously.
LD installation goes as far as "Installing the Remote Console" and stops with an error. All pre-requistes are met and so far I tried:
- Running installation from network share and local disk
- Clearing TEMP folders in Windows and user profile
- Deleting C:\ProgramData\LANDesk\ where some installation info inc. log sits
- Disabling all antivirus software services (Sophos)
- Installed .NET 3.5 and 4.0 manually before running LD installation
- Set User Account Control to the lowest level
- Running installation as domain admin account.
I rebooted PC multiple times etc. with no joy. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
I'm running installation from unpacked "LANDeskSoftware950.exe", logged in as domain user who's member of local admin groups (obviously...)
