I am using Service Portal 7.3.2 and am having an issue on hyperlinks from the main IPCForm (See Ex1 attached).
This link works in Internet Explorer 9 and opens up the customer details window (the end of the URL being modules/IPCForms.aspx?System.Customer).
However, in Internet Explorer 8 and 7 (and any previous versions) the main login screen is shown (login.aspx).
Investigation in fiddler2 for ie9 shows 2 requests to modules/IPCForms.aspx?System.Customer both status 200, the first with session aborted.
Investigation in fiddler2 for ie7 shows 2 requests to modules/IPCForms.aspx?System.Customer, the first one status 200 session aborted but the second one a 302 redirect to accessdenied.aspx
This is happening both on IIS5 (DR) and IIS6 (live)
Has anyone seen this before and do they know a solution?
Incidentally I also have hyperlinks for the contact and the CI and these both have exactly the same errors. Clicking on an action or a query (in one of the tabs at the bottom of the IPC form) both only make the one call to IPCForms.aspx
I am not in a position to upgrade to WebDesk at the moment (we have only been live since July due to numerous issues) but would really appreciate any advice. Also, due to other issues, users are only allowed to use Internet Explorer and they cannot all upgrade to IE9 as many still have Windows XP.
