Clear or populate raise user based on boolean

Is it possible to have a calculation that will either clear out or populate the "CurrentUser" if a boolean flag is tripped on a form?

I'd like to have a boolean that says "Is this for you" and if it is Yes, populate Raise User with them

OR

if the boolean is no, remove their name should I have it already populated.

Any help would be great!
