We can't use the mobile portal (as we are iusing the new image-capable HTML fields in v7.7 which have a known problem with mobile) so were advised to use Mobile Self Service.
This looks really good but we can't get any of our queries to work with it, and it's not possible to edit what content it uses, or we'd happily recreate separate dashboards for it.
The problem seems to be caused by them having report templates - which we use all over our Self Service as obviously default queries don't look that great to the customer.
Has anyone else seen this? Or does anyone have any ideas?
The tiles show for the query but when you click on them you get a blank screen.
