Create a html history/audit field

Hi guys,

we have a challenge her, maybe some of you have an idea on how to achive this.

What we need is a chronological history field on the incident window, where we can automatically paste title and text fields from notes, reminders, assignments and so on.

This history field should be html enabled and it should be possible to colour the title field of the copied values or make it bold to make the history "friendly" to read.

Is there a way in the product with calculations or do we have to work with triggers?

Any idea would be appreciated.
