I need to copy some text to description field on incident window. Attribute is set to string, -1, HTML. Copy rule is set to fire on category change, destination is description. Problem is that rule works only if "replace" option is checked.
I've checked without "replace" and no matter if there is any text before category selected or not - rule didn't fire. Is this any issue with HTML fields and copy rules? Other rules, where destination is normal text works fine...
