VIP Users

Hi,

 

Does anyone have a way of Identifying their VIP users in Landesk 7.5 SP1.

 

We have a number of service managers, executives etc that we treat as VIP users and I need a way of highlighting calls logged by these user so that analysts are aware that a call is from a VIP user. 

 

I was thinking of adding a simple check box or field on the call details window but I would need a way of highlighting these in the workload queries but don't really want to have an additional column in the list that is empty most of the time (unless this is the only way).  So then I was thinking of using a VIP user group and response agreement and changing the colour however these incidents/requests should still follow the same SLA which will change the colours according to the escalations?

 

If anyone has something in place or any ideas I would be very grateful for their advice.
