Failed to connect to Database

Hi Team,

Any ideas on why the LANDesk Database prompt the error message while upgrade from 9.0 SP3 to 9.5 using the Oracle Database. Currently we are going for upgrade it in testing phase, I'm facing the issue of oracle database coonectivity with LANDesk 9.5, it prompt the message failed to connect to database while installing.
