Recently we changed our Public IP address. I have updated everything, rebuilt the configurations and all my PCs and mobile devices are connecting no problem However remote users with Macbooks are not connecting to the core. I installed my Mac agent onto a macbook and it successfully installed but never showed up on the core. Local Mac users connect to problem, its just the remote users going through the managment gateway. Is there a step I am missing to update the Mac agent? Is there somewhere I can check and make sure the Macs are getting the correct settings? Thanks.
