Database Connection failed LDMS 9.5

Hi Team,

Can anyone share the Oracle Client Version Number and Oracle Database Version Number for Oracle 11g R2. We are testing the LDMS 9.5 for upgradation, but whenever I go with Installation it prompt an error " DataBase Connection Failled". This is new installation and not the migration, DB will be host on other server.
