Including attachements in a query?

Hello all

I need to design a query that includes all the history of an incident as well as any attachments that have been added.

There is a requirement where we will need to escalate our incidents to external vendors. Part of this escalation will include the history of the incident particularly any troubleshooting that has previously been completed. There may well be screen shots, reports, invoices etc that have been attached to the incident that need to be sent as part of the escalation.

Has anyone done this previously? Do you have a query or report that you would share that does this?

I have been through the DatabaseDictionary.pdf but cannot identify where the attachment is stored.
