Adding Note Placeholders on Response Level Notifications

I am trying to add placeholders that reference Note details on to the notifications that are sent for Response Levels.  I have tried using {Note/CreationDate} and {_Note/CreationDate} but neither seem to work.  Is there a specific way to get these onto these types of notifications.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
