I've got some questions regarding service agreement management. We are company working with external customers, so we have many SA's, with many parameters, and question is:
- can I add some attributes to Service Agreement, as start and end date, agreement ID...
- Can I lock SA if ie. is outdated, or not signed yet?
- in agreement rule can I add more CI's then one? (Customer has servers 1,2,3,4, for servers 1 and 2 response is 4 hrs, for servers 3 and 4 - 8 hrs, do I need to create 4 rules in this case? or how to manage that?)
Anyone can share any ideas?
