Could someone help us on adding at tab in the information field to show the Journal entry. Right now, when we create a Comment (fig. 1) or a new Journal (Triage) (fig 2), we does not know it was entered unless we go to them. so we would like to add a tab (Fig 3) that shows that information. Trying to have a separate inbound email listener for a particular email account and have an Incident created and assigned to a particular category, sub category and team automatically.
I am building reports that need to show assets linked to incidents, and categories linked to Incident services. Where in the databases is the linking relationships stored?
Started setting up RapidReports today and for the life of me I can't figure out how to add a graph. The Admin guide seems to say this isn't an option, but when I went back and rewatched the 17.3 demo webinar, it specifically mentions graphs / charts. Am I missing something, or is it a feature for later?

ich bin ziemlicher DSM Beginner. Bisher habe ich nur Erfahrungen in der Client Installation gesammelt, wir möchten aber in zukunft auch Terminalserver mit DSM aufsetzten.
Das Problem, Windows Server 2016 lief sauber durch, allerdings werden keine Pakete installiert. z.B. 7Zip, Google Chrome etc.
Leider bin ich darauf reingefallen weil der Terminal Server Modus auf ON war.
Dieser ist jetzt auf NO gestellt und im LOG ist auch zu sehen "Terminal server support switched off"

OK ich weiss er kann eine Variable nicht auflösen, aber das sollte ja nicht das Problem sein weil er einfach den Rest auch nicht installiert.
Zudem habe ich noch die Frage wie es sich mit dem Terminalserver verhält?
Wir würden gerne mit dem WTS Support arbeiten. Nach meinen Verständnis kann man den Server umstellen sodass er sich im Maintenance Mode arbeitet und Änderungen ausgeführt werden.
Das würde ich gerne per Hand steuern. Leider war das im DSM Basis Kurs kein Thema und mein Kursbuch lässt mich da auch im Stich

Has anyone using Endpoint Security 8.5.0.20 with Patch and Remediation installed disabled TLS 1.0 on the EMSS server?
With Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 ,SQL 2008R2 and EMSS 8.5 installed on the same machine....
and after following the MS recommended articles to enable TLS 1.2 support on the OS, SQL Server and .Net frameworks
If we disable TLS 1.0 on the server, the clients can connect to the EMSS server, but after a little while, the Patch and remediation tab shows all endpoints in a Agent Status=Online / PR Status=Offline state and the icons are Red.
Just wondering if anyone has successfully disabled TLS 1.0 on their EMSS server?
I have a custom data registry key that I am successfully pulling in from our Windows devices. The registry key is a string value which contains only integers from -3 to 300. By default the unmodeled data is being captured as an NVARCHAR. This is causing issues when trying to create reports and queries that use the greater than\less than logic.
I attempted to model the data and change the data type to INT. I left every thing else as default and added the data to a new table name. Upon completion, the table in the database and all the inventory data showed all values as 0. Essentially wiping out all of my captured data. I have since used the database doctor to clear out the attribute setting it back to unmodeled data. New scans are starting to repopulate the data as expected, but I am still left with the problem and need to get this set as an INT datatype.
Need to develop a way for Service Requests and Incidents to be assigned to Owners automatically based on the TEAM work load.
In other words, lets say there is a group of SDAs in a TEAM, and someone submits an Incident or SR via Self Service, is there a way that the Incident or SR be
Automatically assigned to the SDA with the least Work Load?
Anyone knows if a solutions for this exists for HEAT SM?
We have recently just launched ITSM and we were hoping that if somebody sent an attachment through email that it would attach to the incident that was created.
Can somebody point me in the right direction or provide the steps to set this up?

Vulnerabilty scans are failing with Status marked as detected because pre-req check failed. I checked for the timber folder and it did not get created, how do we get that folder created?

Scheduled backups of our core server are completing but with exception due to the following error:
File access share error "E:\Program Files\LANDesk\ManagementSuite\ldmain\log\MDM.VPPServices.log" (code 32: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process)
What is this log for and is there anything that can be done so the file is not in use when a backup occurs?
Upgrading a client from GMCE to GMPE.
To start I need to upgrade from 7.0 to 7.6.
Can I backup and restore the current SQL 2000 DB to SQL 2005 and then start the upgrade from 7 to 7.6?
The reason I want to do that is so I can then upgrade to 9.0 and go from there.

I have a rule that auto-elevated the Visual Studio Code installer, i.e.:
The updater is downloaded by VSCode into: %TEMP%\vscode-update-ia32\CodeSetup-stable-c63189deaa8e620f650cc28792b8f5f3363f2c5b.exe. The value at the end will change per-build / release. The installers work OK; however, the updater is denied execution. I've tested with the following, all of which are denied execution with Trusted Ownership as the reason.
The only way I can get the file to run and elevated is to include the entire path to the file (with or without metadata), as in: "C:\Users\aaparker\APPDATA\LOCAL\TEMP\vscode-update-ia32\CodeSetup-stable-c63189deaa8e620f650cc28792b8f5f3363f2c5b.exe"
Any ideas on why this is being blocked?
Is there a way to hide the clone icon under the Saved Search list for users? We have an issue when the default Saved Search gets cloned it takes the default to the cloned search. We realize this has been fixed as of Version 2016.2, but because of timing constraints we can't make that upgrade yet. Anyone know of a way to hide the cloning function without turning off the ability to create and modify personal searches?

since upgrade in Ivanti Workspace Control 10.2, when we publish Citrix application through Ivanti Console, we cannot launch them in any way !
A simple Calculator publication with basic parameters show an error message trough StoreFront : "Application Can't be started".
Parameters for this publication are attached in this message.
If we try to launch them directly through Ivanti Concole ("Run Application Now" button) we have a nice message > ... Application can't be started.
But if we unselect "Enable Instant Passthrough..." we can launch Calculator in this mode but same error message through StoreFront.
Details about our Citrix farm ; Citrix XenApp 6.5 R07 / Win2008 R2 with three Delivery Controller. All our server are in Ivanti 10.2.0.1 version...
This is urgent, we already began our migration to this new version ...

Does anyone have any experience with Avalanche 5.3 installing on an MC9190 running windows ce using windows 10 Fall Creator update?
We can't seem to figure this out and Zebra doesn't seem to know what has broke after the fall creator update.
A VC6090 running windows mobile works fine. I did get this working once. But after a reboot the MC9190 doesn't even show up in device manager when I place it in the cradle.
Any thoughts would be great.

- OS Setup angelegt mit klassischem Windows 10
- Install.wim Datei gegen Default-Datei getauscht
- Im Configurations Paket den Edition Punkt in den Namen der wim.Datei geändert. Name wurde per CMD ausgelesen.
- Distribuiert
Leider schlägt die Installation immer fehl mit dem Fehler: Couldn't decide which image to use....
Was mache ich falsch? Muss ich hier eventuell in der XML noch etwas einstellen?
