I am trying to make a page for password resets -- and what I want is when the user goes to the workspace, immediately a form for a new record opens up. I don't want them to see the list view at all if possible, since they will be using an anonymous login and there's no need for them to see any past records.

i have a problems which is imported as new to ivanti from other system , the number was 8 problems , so i have done them manually
but the issue is on each problem there is around 76 incidents associated with ,
Any idea here to search them and link them accordingly since its a huge number

I created a pick list with value field (record identifier) and display field serial number.
Used this pick list with a quick action to update a link type field - because link fields cannot be used in mobile.
Using iOS app, every time I click on this quick action than focus on the field - the app crashes.
any solution or another way to achieve this?
Update is set to be done every hour. Is possible to change it to a lower value? Let's say every 5 or 10 minutes?
We decided to build a fresh server for 2018.3.
With that, I had heard/seen a presentation at a recent roundup that went something along the lines of getting the new core completely built up and tested and all that, and then when ready change the DNS entry of the old core to the IP of the new core and the devices should start showing up in the new core console where you can then start deploying the new agent, etc.
Is this the case? I changed the hosts file on a test device running 2017.3 and ran inventory scan and security scan. I haven't seen the device show up in my new core, so I wanted to make sure this was even a real process.

I have two values as Pending vendor , Pending approval statuses should automatically set on the incident status when creating new external task just
The issue here that these two values should not be visible to any users or the ability to select it ,
Is their a way to still have the functionality for these values on creating the task without allowing the user to select them or even show on the list from first place ?

Das WinPE wird geladen und der Installationsprozess wird gestartet und erfolgreich durchlaufen. Es erfolgt ein Neustart und Windows 10 wird geladen. Es kommt die folgende Fehlermeldung:

Beide haben einen RAID-Controller und benutzen ein M2-Modul (PCI) als Speicher.
Treiber:
Treibertyp: InstallPnpDevices
Die Original Treiber haben sich aber nicht in das WinPE integrieren lassen, daher wurden die Treiber direkt von Intel heruntergeladen und installiert. Mit Hilfe von der DSM-Konsole konnten die Treiber direkt von der Hardware abgezogen. Es wurde eine Policy auf das jeweilige Gerät erstellt mit der Installationsreihenfolge 0. Der Treiber ist auch für Windows 10 64Bit Systeme freigeben. (Plattform)
Leider können wir den Fehler nicht feststellen. Wir vermuten das entweder der Treiber vom RAID-Controller nicht zum Gerät passt oder das es ein Problem mit dem Speicher (M2-Modul) kommt.

Users are getting an error intermittently when creating journal entries:
Has anyone else experience this issue/know what may be causing this to occur? Ivanti Support suggested upgrading to the newest version, but that is not a viable solution at this time. I was hoping to find the cause so that at the very least we could let users know what leads to the error, and modify our process accordingly.

I recently just ran into an issue where an end-user had password issues with Outlook emails syncing over to GoldMine which was resolved, but she came back to me stating that the emails she is now sending through GoldMine are getting stuck in her Outbox and never reaching the recipient. Upon further troubleshooting, an error message pops up and I've attached that error message to this post. From the looks of it, I want to say the port number on the SMTP Host is wrong. Instead of 587, it should be 25 as I had to modify the SMTP host to be our Office 365 address. The problem I am running into is within GoldMine where you can change the SMTP host name, I do not see the option to change the port number. Also, the port number being wrong is my assumption. Has anyone else ran into this before where they can decipher the error message I attached? Any insight would be helpful. Thank you.

I'm trying to uninstall AV2017 with vulscan.exe /removeavnew /showui, it's failing and I have a few questions.
vulscan says it is successful but it's not. It quickly jumps from "Removing Ivanti Antivirus service" to "Done". The services also still exist after uninstall, so i know nothing is actually removed.

Why does it bother to pull in Kaspersky info if I'm calling /removeavnew?
Why does LDAV.exe /remove exit with an error code (229835205) then say that it returned successfully?
What does error code 229835205 mean?
How can I uninstall BD? (Preferably without resorting to some utility that I have to run manually. What if we have to go to something again and I can't uninstall BD properly?)

I'm wondering if there is a way to create a request offering that has a drop-down picklist where the user can select multiple items in that picklist. I don't see a direct way, so I'm playing around with having a drop-down followed by a checkbox. Clicking the checkbox presents a read-only text field that would hold the drop-down selections.
The Selected Employees field (SelectedMany) would hold the multiple selections from the Select Employee drop-down. I was hoping to create sort-of a loop like variable where SelectedMany = SelectedMany + SelectEmp.selected.Employee.DisplayName and as the use selects another employee, the names would in the Selected Employees field. However, this is not working.
Is there a way to do this? I don't necessarily need an additional field if I could create a multi-select drop-down - but again, I don't see how to do this directly. So maybe an indirect way?

I am trying to refine a few terrible looking request offering forms we have in our service catalogue.
Is there anyway to search for an item from a validation list, select the item and then search for another item, select the item while building a viewable list of the selected items. Something similar to a shopping basket but on the form as the person is selecting the items.
Ive tried using the "Drop down list" control and then populating a "Text area" box. I can get the first selection to appear in the Text Area however I'm not sure if there is an expression I can use to keep the first selection visible when I begin the next search for item 2.......?
Example - I can populate the first name however once the second is selected the first is cleared so I cannot build a list
I have a new user that is not part of the self-services users role so he cannot access the portal. When I try to add the role to him, he does not show in the list. He is currently an analyst. What am i doing wrong?

I'm trying to configure a barcode form to add devices to Asset Control (in EPM 2017.3.3). My question is about how to strip leading zeros from a barcode. For example, our asset tags have 8 digits, and start with zeros. So, when I scan that barcode, I want to change it from '00012345' to '12345'.
Do I have to build a rule, and run that against the device after it is added to inventory, or can it be done on the fly in the barcode form field properties?
Also, can I take the value from one field, and use that in another attribute? For example, if I'm entering a new monitor and the asset tag is '12345', how can I auto-populate the Device Name as 'Mon-12345'?

We have some sensitive information that I'd like to hide and if possible, design a quick action button that triggers a login password prompt to show that field in question. I know the user is already logged into the system but we'd like to create another layer of security in case the technician leaves their computer unlocked. Please help.
