We recently upgraded our (UAT) 7.4 ServiceDesk to version 7.5 and noticed as part of testing that existing queries either no longer worked or certain criteria within them did not take affect
Does anyone know if there was a criteria limit in 7.5?
It could be that a bug allowed the query to work in 7.4 and this is now fixed in 7.5
I have attached a screenshot of the criteria which has not changed between upgrade
