we have recently upgraded from 7.3.2 to 7.5 and we have noticed (didn't come across this in testing) that the details field of WebDesk incident windows is slow to respond to input. it doesn't follow the normal speed of typing. the summary field is fine and not an issue. i know that fields such as Description that were of unlimited string lenght (-1) have changed for WebDesk and there is a new property called multiline. the multiline value for the field in question is set to True. any setting that might improve responsiveness?
