This is in reference to the new "mobile" self service UI. We would like to modify it so that it shows the owner of the ticket.
This was easy enough for incidents when viewed through My Items because they all use a standard form. SRs don't look anything like the incident form and look like they are based primarily on the offering form itself. Since we don't want to have to modify each and every offering, we'd like to modify the box since it is the only constant between the requests.
I'm referring to this box that is found on the right hand side of the service request when viewed through the My Items tab below:
