Hi,
I got this error when trying to enter a query into the attribute properties on window manager.
Basically on my test system which is a copy of live but running on a different (older) set of servers, I am able to use the drop down arrow on query and select a query which will effectively give me a filter on the attribute I want. In this instance my query selects only analysts from all the users in the database.
This is on our problem management window
We run 7.3.2 but are due to upgrade to 7.5 once the outstanding development (including this item) has been completed.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what this error may be? Or why it would work on my test system and not my live?
