Window Level filter not working in WebDesk

Hi,

We're on v7.5.1

I have a window level filter on my Problem window to filter raise user to analysts only - this is because in our environment only analysts can raise problems.

I have activated the problem window for web access but the filter is no longer working.

I have re-read all of the window design hints and filter hints and can't see what is wrong.

The filter is a system filter, applied to the attribute at the window level - it works perfectly on console.

Anyone have any ideas?
