Phonenumber field to be restricted as 10 digit filed

Hi!

The Contact Number in HR activity (new attribute) has to be a field which allows 10digits. No alphanumeric character should be allowed.  Tried using Int32. But it is restricting some numbers as it is going beyond the limits.

Any workaround?
