Another one I am having difficulty with is how to show the end user the Notes added to their incidents fro mthe self service portal. I have a end user specific window that opens when the end user click on a logged incident, I can't seem to work out how to show any notes in this window. I don't seem to be able to add any Notes fields so I am probably doing this the wrong way. The end users can add notes but can't review any added notes at the moment.
It would be nice if the end user could see the history or a cut down version of it at least!
Any ideas appreciated as always.
