Summary:
When creating a New Scheduled Bulk Action that is working from a query on System/User, the Scheduled Action Type "Run Action" can be selected, but the only available action is to "Amend attribute values". None of the Actions existing on the System/User object can be selected.
Detail:
When new users are added to Service Desk via import from AD, they have no associated roles. I'd like to schedule a bulk action that takes all end users who have no role associated and adds the default role (e.g., "PortalEndUser").
- I have the query built on System/User that correctly identifies these role-less new users.
- The object System/User has an Action to "Add Role" which adds a new User Role object to the Roles collection.
However, the User object's actions aren't available when creating a Scheduled Bulk Action.
