One of our ServiceDesk staff is experiencing a problem. Everytime she creates a new ticket, and then tries to assign it, a Workspace pop up box appears with the following note:
Null value set for attribute Guid of class type Knowledge.KnowledgeMessage. This attribute is mandatory and must contain a non-null value.
The user has to sign out of LANDesk and log back in before she can assign a ticket again.
Can anyone shed any light on what this means, and what is causing it.
