Authorisation failure. User is not authorised to perform Create operations on the UserInterface.PersonalisedDahsboard class type.

The webdesk users are getting this error when they are moving the objects accidently. Can this be supressed? Currently an Analyst role is having the below previlages on User Interface-->Non-Process Related Objects-->Dashboard. Version of LANDesk 7.6.

Could someone please help me with this one. Thanks in advance.
