I have a question about the behavior in Agreement Rule Attributes.
I added (Incident) Impacts to be able to specify Priority based on Impact and Urgency. My Impacts are ordered as follows:
When I try to modify the Agreement Rule, the Impacts appear to be listed alphabetically (like a reference list), not ordered.
I understand that only SD admins will ever see this window so this is relatively minor annoyance. But admins need love too :-)
