Has anyone setup a CC field for the Add Note action, we have a requirement to allow Analysts to CC other servicedesk users in on a note that is added to an Incident. After Add Note we have a amandatory ADD REMONDER action that sends a HTML email, currently the email only goes to the rasie user.
Is it possible to setup a Field to allow the addition of one or more additional users to be CC'd in on the email adhoc? I can't work this out for one additional email address let alone the option for multiple addresses so wondering if anyone has something similar setup?
