Hi All, this may be a very basic (and easy) fix. I have created Service Desk Groups as an Administrator in both Web and Console which I am pleased to say work! However when I log in as a standard user the only group I see on the shortcut bar is "Queries". I've tried everything within my limited knowledge but I'm now of the opinion that it is a permission thing. Any advice would be appreciated. Be kind I hope to go to SD Bootcamp very soon.
