I have a problem with my Self Service Portal - on the self service portal I have a link for 'My Calls' which brings up a dashboard with 4 Gadgets, 2 of which are Queries to display calls logged by the user with these filters:
Raise Useris current user
andStatus Is Completionequals False
This works fine for an Anaylst on both Incident and Requests but for End Users they can only see Incdent calls populated. I was hoping you could direct me to the right place to look for the permission issue.
