Any ideas on why these only seem to pull the data into the fields on certain statuses of the request. For example, it will be blank unless the request process is at the 'provisioning' status, and if it is at that status, it will pull the data from the database? I have added several new fields to the request.rpt which when using the 'field explorer' you can see the data is there, but once you try to print a request, with this data, its just blank. Lost?
