I'm using Service Desk v7.5. I get this saying no search result found (screenshot attached) when do searching in the search field at top center of self service. Fyi, I tried it using end user type login. But when using analyst type login, the searching did working and return the search results.
Somehow only when using End User login it not show anything saying that no results found. Need you guys help, are this related with privileges or something else need to configure it. Thanks in advance for any your helps.
Please note that is not knwledge articles just background searching.
Example: if you search for email..it should comes up the results relates to email but working when using analyst login.
