Response Level field getting default value when user is selected after upgrading to 7.7

Hi,

We have an SLA field and User field in different group boxes of window. When we select the user value and click tab, the SLA field is getting default value as "Critical". It is happening in web access but not in console though we don't have any copy rules set for this attributes, but we do have a calculation on the SLA field.

We have recently upgraded from 7.6 to 7.7. Where as the same is not happening in previous version.

Please advice.
