In my console when an incident breaches at %75 it changes colour, and again at %100 to a different colour. Is it possible to change the row colour for a breached incident in Webdesk also? Each incident has a countdown to breach shown in minutes but you have to click on each incident to see the that, id like to be able to see that time field in the workload list next to each ticket. If not, how do you go about visually identifying breached incidents or showing the countdown to breach?
I had tried to add the breach time in minutes to the 'my workload list' query but this didn't work, the workload list queries the Process object and the attribute showing breach time in minutes is in the Incident object. Id love to see other peoples solutions to this.
