Some of our Uni clients have been chatting amongst themselves and getting some real wins on sharing experiences. So for example the top two Unis in Australia and NZ on the standard university benchmarks for services are both our customers, both using LDSD (someone should write a paper!). Anyway enough chest beating. What I'm after is if anyone is using a lot of event management and wouldn't mind sharing some experiences either here or on the phone or email etc.
This isn't so much of a technology issue, more of a "is it worth while, do we need extra tools to filter events, what would you do differently next time".
