Within my Change Process, I occassionaly have an issue arise with my Start Time and End Time attributes. The Start Time represents the begining date and time of the Change Window, with the End Time representing the ending date and time. I have set some cotrols on the both of the attributes to prevent the End Time being before the Start and vice-versa.

I occassionaly come across a ticket that can't be moved further in the process because somehow the ticket was saved and moved from its original submission with the date and time not being edited. The error/notification from that is:
Start Time must be Before End Time
The issue would easily be resolved by changing the Start or End time by at least one minute in the appropriate direction when in the new status. However, due to our requirements, the form is now locked and uneditable while in the other status's. Yes, I can move the ticket to a status to make the changes, but that is not what I want to address. I would like to address how is it possible the ticket was even able to leave its original state if the controls cleary indicate that it should not be able to. I know I am missing something, somewhere.
