On my Incident and Request form I have a category field. When an end user selects 'Other" under the Category field it cause another field to open up to the right of it so the end user can put in details of the 'Other" reference. I do not want this "Other" field to show up when the user selects 'Other' under Category. I will just let them explain the 'Other" in the details box of the forms. How do I stop this field from showing up when other is selected under category. I have included screen shots. Thanks
