Changing String SubDataType to HTML

Hi,

I have a description filed in Incident Management--> Resolution --> Description.

Data type: String

Max Length: 2000

String SubDataType: grayed  out

How can I change the sub data type to HTML? I can do it for Process Management --> Process --> Description (with Max length -1).

Please help.
