I have installed ALM on my Test service and activated the licence successfully, but cannot get into the Admin Console or the Configuration Settings.
The Settings inform me
You must have the "Can have Access" settings right to access the settings
I thought perhaps it was permissions issue now the installation is complete and could do through Admin Console but cannot login to that either.
Error I get is Login failure: unknown user name or bad password
I tried my own account which is System Admin in Service Desk, and both SA Application and DB Accounts; none are working.
Any one had these issues and know???
Any help appreciated, it took me some time with LANDesk assistance to get the licence activated and have call logged on above but its cutting into my development time to build these processes.
